Functions and Duties of the Institute
– Functions: Research, prototyping, manufacturing, business, consulting, training, technology transfer and other services in the fields of mechanical engineering and automation for the mining, energy and other economic sectors.
– Duties:
+ Scientific research and development of mechanical engineering and automation technologies for the mining, energy and other economic sectors;
+ Research on environmental, safety and economic issues related to mechanical engineering and automation in the mining, energy and other economic sectors;
+ Prototyping and manufacturing of mechanical and automation products for the mining, energy and other economic sectors;
+ Providing science and technology services, testing, inspection, consulting, information, training, technology transfer and business activities in the above fields.
